Returns

We offer a 14 day returns on most items. So if you need to send it back, contact us first to discuss the reasons and process. Once agreed and the product(s) have been checked, we will either refund onto the original payment method or offer you an exchange or repair . We do not refund postage costs they are the customers responsibility. 

 

You just need these 3 things:

·          Your proof of purchase

·          The item should be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition

·          Any Free items that came with your product must be unused and in a saleable condition

 

 

MAKE SURE YOU CONTACT US FIRST WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER SO THAT WE CAN HELP YOU. WE NEED TO KNOW THAT YOU ARE RETURNING THE PRODUCT(S) WITH YOUR REASON. We cannot refund items returned without you contacting us first.

Refunds are not available for any products that are labelled, advertised or displayed as prototypes. 

 

We cannot refund prototypes or custom made items.

 

Please check description entirely before purchasing as refunds will not be issued due to customers mistakes.

This does not affect your 14 days rights.
