DELIVERY

All delivery charges are included in the final shopping basket and are dependent on the products Scottish Highlands & the Islands where additional shipping charges will apply.

Please note that not all products will incur an additional delivery charge to the Scottish Highlands & the Islands – this is based on the costs from the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing shipping on our behalf. If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, a member of our helpline team will contact you prior to processing your order should an additional delivery charge apply.

While we make every effort to ensure orders are delivered by the date required, we cannot guarantee availability from the manufacturer or the manufacturer's delivery schedules.

Any variation to web delivery date given will be advised to you by email or telephone. If we are unable to make delivery because access is not possible, we reserve the right to make a failed delivery charge.

All of our delivery charges are based on the customer being available to accept the goods.
​
Please note that any order received after midday on a Friday (along with any order received over a weekend) will be processed on a Monday. All of our estimated delivery times are therefore based on a 5 day working week so please bear this in mind when ordering.

Restricted Access.

If you want delivery to anywhere other than to the mainland UK with unrestricted access, please contact us before you attempt to place your order.

Shipping from the UK mainland would depend on the type of product ordered and the geographic location. This type of order would probably command an additional carriage charge.
​
We reserve the right to refuse to make a delivery if you have not informed us prior to delivery of any access restrictions.
​
We consider restricted access to be if our drivers encounter double yellow lines, a red route, narrow lanes, steep hills, low bridges, or width restricted roads. Please contact us to discuss delivery if you do not have unrestricted access.
Delivery Instructions.
Please let us know at the time of ordering if you would like to give any specific delivery requests by entering the relevant 'Special Instructions in the box provided.
Accepting Your Delivery.
Please check your goods thoroughly before signing for them. If any part of your delivery is damaged or faulty please contact us. Do not accept damaged products. Orders signed for “unchecked” will be deemed to have been received in good condition. As soon as the order has been delivered to your requested delivery address, the risk of any damage or loss passes to you.
International Delivery.
Royal Mail International Tracked and International Standard will aim to deliver in 5-7 working days
Royal Mail International Economy will aim to deliver in 42 days
Returns.

We offer a 14 day returns guarantee on most items. (We’re nice like that.) So if you need to send it back, contact us first to discuss the reasons and process. Once agreed we will either refund the cash onto the original payment method or offer you an exchange. We do not refund postage that is the customers responsibility.
You just need these 3 things:

The item should be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition

Any free items that came with your product unused and in a saleable condition

MAKE SURE YOU CONTACT US FIRST WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER SO THAT WE CAN HELP YOU. WE NEED TO KNOW THAT YOU ARE RETURNING THE PRODUCT(S) WITH YOUR REASON. We cannot refund items returned without you contacting us first.

Refunds are not available for any products that are labelled, advertised or displayed as prototypes.
